Just tried upgrading one of my projects to MVC 5 RC1 and FluentValidation is throwing an exception FluentValidationModelValidatorProvider.Configure(); line in my Global.asax App_Start method. I don't have the details of the exception - I've downgraded back to MVC 4.
Comments: I'm not planning on doing a build of FluentValidation for MVC5 until it RTMs. For now, you should just be able to recompile FluentValidation.Mvc pointing it at the MVC5 binaries (I haven't seen any breaking changes that will require code changes)
